Drawing on the map
The Virtual Earth also provides you the facility for editing and drawing on the maps. For this, you can use the drawing tools from the bottom of the collections editor. This facility proves to be useful for planning a journey or marking a route, or important places on the maps. In addition, they can be used for the commercial purposes as Making presentations for business, etc. However, note that the drawing tools are available to you only if you are using the 2D maps.

There are several features provided by NASA World Wind. Some of them are unique to it and so the users can get to use them only through NASA World Wind. Some of the features are described below.
3D Engine
The 3D engine is the feature, which provides the 3D dimensional imagery while browsing through the imagery images. Therefore, when the user zooms in at a particular place he gets a high-resolution LandSat imagery and SRTM elevation data.
As NASA World Wind was specially designed for the common people, making use of this 3D engine is very simple.

We are not the company "Google" which is a registered trademark. We are a non affiliated 3rd party who is providing no cost tips, advice and troubleshooting for various software included in the "Google Software Pack".
I highly recommend the Google Software Pack. It comes with a lot of great software that is all FREE. You can also pick and choose which of the software products you want to download. You don't have to download them all. If you have a Mac or you don't want the Google Software Pack for some reason you can download it directly from the main site.
