Collections are very useful tools for storing information. You can create your own collections, or edit them using windows live ID. You can also view others collections.
You can delete your pushpin easily whether it may be on the map or in the collections editor. Just directly point on it on the map and then you can click the option Delete this item. If you want to delete a pushpin from the collections editor, point it the editor, and then click Delete this item.
However before deleting a pushpin you should note that once you delete it, it is deleted from the map as well as the current location.

The resource monitoring of servir-viz is well supported by its interactive maps and real time imagery. For the example, these maps can be land cover maps, climate maps, water maps, food maps, and agriculture and energy maps. These maps are highly interactive and useful to give information. Since, climate directly affects human resources such as water, land and food products, therefore, Resource monitoring by servir-viz is used to get most important information and side affects of these resources on human being.

Are the real-time images available for world wind?
-The imagery should be compressed from gigabytes to several hundred megabytes if the sever has to send it to the users.
Even on compressing the images to several hundred megabytes a great amount of bandwidth will be required for the server. Even if this is achieved by some means, the high speed Internet connection of most of the users is not fast enough to update the data every hour.
However alternatively for Global Clouds, MODIS, and NRL Weather are so frequently updated that they can be called real-time images

Why are wrong image tiles being displayed on the screen?
Seeing more than one layer may cause problems in seeing the correct image tiles. Therefore you need to make sure that you have chosen only one layer. For this again go the Layer Manager and see whether you have checked only one image layer box. However if you think that the tile does not contain good enough data, you can refresh the current page by clicking F5. On doing this NASA World Wind will reload all visible tiles for all active layers. On the other hand you can also delete a individual tile.

Live search map is an earth-browsing program from MSN. It is free for all the users and therefore anybody having a computer with the minimum requirements and an internet connection can use it for viewing the different types of images of earth. It is powered by Microsoft Virtual Earth.
It has a number of features as different types of views as political maps, satellite imagery, bird’s eye view, hybrid view etc. The most important fact about these features is that these maps are three-dimensional. Apart from the images, it also provides names of different places, cities, areas, etc. In the major cities, it provides the names of the streets and neighborhoods as well.

National Atlas of United States
The national atlas of United States provides several types of maps and information. Some of the maps include topographic maps, forestation, climatic maps, historical maps, transportation, environmental maps, mineral wealth, etc. moreover it also has articles, graphs, etc. The information that they provide is very useful.
Digital elevation models (DEMS)
The digital elevation models are raster grids of uniformly spaced values of elevation. They are primarily derived from USGS topographic series of maps.
However from November 14 2006 Digital Elevation Models are not offered by USGS. Therefore if you want to view the most recent elevation coverage you can view National Elevation Dataset.

Are high resolution images available for regions outside United States?
The USGS data is available only for the United States. However, high resolution imagery may be available for some other regions also. However, most of them are licensed and therefore they are not free. So NASA World Wind does not provide imagery from such sources. Nevertheless some non restricted data sets may be available for some regions. NASA World Wind is searching for such data sets and therefore if you know one, you can tell NASA World Wind.

Virtual earth offers a number of features to the users. These features make Virtual Earth far more useful than just a product, which provides them with maps of the world. Everybody is free to use almost all of these features. Moreover, they are simple to use as well. Some of them are discussed below.
Imagery from a birds eye view: this is one of the most interesting features of Virtual Earth. This is the feature, because of which a user can view the imagery, as it would appear from the eyes of a bird flying over that place. The imagery that Virtual Earth provides through this feature contains the real satellite photographs at such a resolution. Therefore, whatever the user observes in this imagery is real and correct.

We are not the company "Google" which is a registered trademark. We are a non affiliated 3rd party who is providing no cost tips, advice and troubleshooting for various software included in the "Google Software Pack".
I highly recommend the Google Software Pack. It comes with a lot of great software that is all FREE. You can also pick and choose which of the software products you want to download. You don't have to download them all. If you have a Mac or you don't want the Google Software Pack for some reason you can download it directly from the main site.
