About Us

I'm Bill McIntosh and I created this website in order to help the world of computer users with Google Earth.

There are a lot of features to Google Earth. There's a lot to know. And it's not only important it's fun to be able to find places near and far to you at the click of a button. I love the ability to be able to see where I'm going before I get there and to make comprehensive maps of places I intend to go. And I just wanted to create a site that would help everyone else be able to do this, too.

And so I created a Download and "How To" guide to help people new to Google Earth or who didn't feel safe downloading it without someone's help. Next I created this website to tell as many people as possible about my new guide and video. The response has been overwhelming! Over a quarter of a million people have signed up for help with downloading & using Google Earth! I'm very happy with the response so far and I will do my best to help you, too.

We are not the company "Google" which is a registered trademark. We are a non affiliated 3rd party who is providing no cost tips, advice and troubleshooting for various software included in the "Google Software Pack".

I highly recommend the Google Software Pack. It comes with a lot of great software that is all FREE. You can also pick and choose which of the software products you want to download. You don't have to download them all. If you have a Mac or you don't want the Google Software Pack for some reason you can download it directly from the main site.

The main site for Google Earth is managed by Google at:
