Legal Use of Google Earth Data
As far as concerned with Google earth anybody can use it. There is no restriction. You can open your Google account and post images or models to the Google Earth web. There are plenty of images and models too. You can pick up and use for your work.
You can modify the images and models according to your requirements and desire and same modified model or image can be repost to the online web though Google Earth. It means Google Earth is used for personal and public purposes. You can post these images or models on your blog, personal website, or a word document.
But make sure you do not have to violet the legal rules of the company or Google earth group. Every company group or individual personal has its won rule and regulations. In case we violate we would be taken legal action under the violation of legal copyright act. There different types of rules and regulations. Each person or company has different rules.
Before using any document or image you have to read and understand the whole concept of the company. The basic rule of the Google earth product is you cannot sale the Google earth products or information with your name. In other words, the use of Google earth products images models for own profession is strictly prohibited.
You can use this information for personal use like entertainment, won satisfaction, home structure, plans, and other things. But if you the same thing for commercial purpose that the legal action can be taken against you. If you want to use the Google earth information or products for commercial purposes such as TV show, Workshops, job fairs, talk shows, smaller programs like ad you must have to take the permission form the Google earth.

You must have to mention the reason and purpose of the uses otherwise you will not get right permission. After submitting a form complete all required formalities and take the permission.
