There is a box that contains the customer type, whether you are a customer of Google Earth Free, Google Earth Pro or Google Pack. Choose your customer type. Open the authorized page of the Google earth with HELP option, and click on “this link” you will receive a cancellation form of Google earth plus. Fill up the detail information in this form and click on ‘submit’ tab. A remained amount will be refunded after completion of all cancellation procedures.
