This file presents the rising sea level in the form an animated presentation. It is useful for studying and finding out the places, which are going to be under water in the future. This is the animation in which James Stafford has made the use of image overlays from a spacecraft, the Cassini, to show the flyby of Jupiter which is the biggest planet in our solar system. While viewing these images you can get the maximum effect by turning off the “Borders” from “Layers” section. This section is present in the menu bar at the top.
World Population Density
IN this feature, you are able to view population densities in the different places around the world. This pollution density distribution around the world has been shown by Gerardo64 from the Google Earth Community.
City of London Timeline
It represents the central business district of London city, and how it has changed over these years. It presents a time slider for one square mile of the CBD. You can view how the constructive history with the help fascinating animation by James Stafford. It also incorporates 3D buildings for showing how the cityscape has changed.
Vancouver Sea Level Rising
This is a highly visually impacting file that shows the destruction which can occur in Vancouver if the sea levels rise by six meters. In this presentation, each polygon represents the large area of suburbs. It also shows the international airport which also is likely to be destroyed completely.
