How a third Party can use Google Earth Facilities?
If some one violates the act the legal action can be taken against the user (company, group, individual). And so permission is must for using any Google Earth information. However, the using ratio of Google earth is growing day by day.
Many third parties are also like to use the Google earth property like logo, images, pictures, trademarks for TV shows and other activities. They want to keep in touch with Google Earth for their sites. But our first preference is to maintain our popularity, reputation, and brand. And therefore using any property is objectionable.
If someone wants to use Google Earth property for the professional or business purposes he or she must have the written permission from the Google Earth before using for the purpose. There are different rules and regulations for the different types of users.
For example normal user can use any information picture, images from Google Earth for personal use without any permission while any person or groups wants or company or website wants to use the Google earth property he/she /they must to take written permission of the company. For professional users Google Earth has made new rules and regulations, so that any one (professional person, group, company) could use it.
But keep in mind that the written permission should be used for specific mentioned task and reason. You can not use the written permission for other uses. In other words the written permission can be used only for the mentioned reason.
Sometimes, if a user wants to use the brand feature for his another work for instance work and the person already has a written permission about other works, he/she/ they can use the brand feature for the task without first written permission. They can take the written permission after sometimes too. But still you have to inform us about it, for example you can use search box.
For the third party users’ conveniences, Google provides written application format according to your type face, size, and other graphic features. The graphic features include Google brand features. You should complete all the formalities properly before using the brand features or property through proper media. Proper media should be used otherwise your efforts will be veined.
Approval Process:
Approval means Permission Request Form. Complete the permission request form and sent it to the Google Earth office. The complete information about using reasons should be mentioned there. We respond within working 10 days. Until we accept your request and agree with your request you cannot use our brand features. It means without finishing proper process with positive response you do not allowed to use our features for your work.
After completion of the process with positive response you are free to use the mentioned brand for specific reason. One more feature, if suppose if you want to change in the approval request during process or while or after process you must have to inform us and can update it.
This kind of characteristics will not get anywhere except Google Earth software. It is noticed that we allow you to use only our brand features. We do not let you to use third party’s brand features.
