How can we see our photos in Google earth as blue dots?
When you will upload photos in panoramio you are able to start panorama’s kml file which will open Google earth automatically with all chosen photos appeared as miniatures and updated everyday. And then you have to wait till your all photos are automatically inserted in Google earth as blue dots.
There are several ways through which you can see your photos like:
The very first way is when you will enter into panorama’s map you can see your photos under the one option called “all” and your “photos” option.
The second way is go to Google maps and then go to more tab and there you can check out photos to see panoramio photos are there. You are also able to see your photos through left bar of the Google maps.
The third way is to open Google maps.com and then in that go in my maps button and check put photos from panoramio.
When will our photos appear in Google earth as blue dots?
a) For this first you have to check out the status that is given below the photo. And when your photo is chosen in Google earth then there are various conditions that are given below:
Your photo is reviewed before seventh September 2008 then your photo will be displayed in Google earth in twenty second 2008.
Your photo is reviewed after seventh September 2008 then your photo will displayed in Google earth in twenty second September 2008.
b) If your photo is not reviewed then your photo might be in the waiting list. So in coming weeks or days your photo can be reviewed or rejected.
c) If your photo is not selected for Google earth then you can check acceptance policy for Google earth.
Why can’t we see our photos in Google earth?
To upload your photos to panoramio doesn’t mean that they will displayed in Google earth. it is because your photos are chosen only when they fit into the accepted policy of Google earth. if your photos are fir into the accepted policy then you can see your photos in popular tab of world map and then after few weeks you can see them in Google earth.
How can we conceal panoramio’s photos in Google earth?
For this you must uncheck the layer called “geographic web” that you will find in google earth at the left sidebar to conceal blue dots. And if you wish to eliminate the panoramio miniatures then you have to uncheck photos in “Temporary places” that you will find in Google earth at the left sidebar.
In Google earth what type of difference is there between miniatures of photos and blue dots?
Miniatures of photos: when you will click on panorama’s KML file, Google earth will open automatically and it will also display all chosen photos as miniatures. If we see the KML file is always updated everyday, therefore it contains the recent photos.
Blue dots: these blue dots are always displayed by default in Google earth. if we observe positions, photos and titles are always updated once in month.
