Billing and Google Earth account Troubleshooting
What you will say when a person thinks about billing! Money is one of the most important things in the world. Whenever you have any billing problem or want some information about billing, go to the Google earth support request page. You will get a box. This box contains the customer type, whether you are a customer of Google Earth Free, Google Earth Pro or Google Pack, choose your customer type. Then there are three options. “I’m experiencing a problem” is one of them. As soon as you will click on this option, a problem list will be displayed. Select billing option from the list and click on the ‘Continue’ tab. Choose the “Billing/Purchasing Issue” option from the menu. You will receive a blank form, fill up the form and click on Submit tab. You will get the information about billing within few minutes.
When Google Earth account will be activated?
After paying required amount Goggle earth gives you a code number to use the paid software and facilities. Without code number you cannot use Google Earth facilities and software. It is a kind of license key. This contains code number contains 15-digit alphanumeric number. If you do not get a code number after paying amount and required time, check whether you paid amount successfully. And if you will not get your code number after paying successfully, follow above procedure. If you face any kinds of Google Earth Billing problem, use the method. This is the first and best procedure. Your all problems can be solved without any delay and irritation.
Sometimes clients face multiple charges problem because of complicated and long procedures of credit cards. There is also difference between rules of your credit card company and of Google Earth Company. Sometimes you get multiple charges instructions. If you face such a problem, just follow the above billing method and your problem will be solved.
If you do not like the Google Earth Plus account then you can cancel it by using following method. Open the authorized page of the Google Earth with HELP option, and click on “This Link” you will receive a cancellation form of Google Earth Plus. Fill up the detail information in this form and click on ‘Submit’ tab. A remained amount will be refunded after completion of whole cancellation procedures successfully and legally.
