Google Earth asks email address solely for the purpose of Google Earth-related correspondence. Google doesn’t share any of its customer’s information.
Can images to the web be posted?
Yes, you can personally use an image from the application. However, you will have to keep in mind the Copyrights and attributions including the Google logo attribution. However, you are not allowed to sell and commercialize the same in a commercial product such as in a book or television without the prior permission of Google. Can the trademarked information be removed?
The Google logo is listed in because it represents the brand of our product. Similarly the data provider information is listed because all the imagery that is streamed is done through these data providers only.
Can educational institutions make the use of Google Earth for information?
Yes, Google Earth can be used in the educational institutions but only for educational purposes. It can be used in primary, secondary and post-secondary institutions.
Is the usage of Google Earth imagery permissible for professional purposes?

Can Google Earth Pro License be viewed before downloading?
Yes, the Google Earth Pro License can be viewed before downloading, installing or using Google software or any of the portion of the same software.
