Open the folder that is located at common files. The common files folder is at program files on C drive. Find the folder 'Installshield'. After you right click the folder, rename the folder. Rename the folder to Installshield-OLD. Close the folder and then try to re-run Google Earth software.

How to erase my cache file?

If I am getting a message' Cannot save my places' then how to fix this problem?
