GPS and GIS in Google Earth
Free and paid both software of Google contain many features. Every feature is revised after some days. In other words all software can be updated after few days and new features can be add. The new features help to make available the information for general use and business purposes as well. The versions are divided into two categories. One is free and another is paid. Both versions help to import and export information for the business and general purpose. Google earth consists of two types of data. GPS and GIS these are two types. In Google earth the GPS data is maintained by many options. These options are easy to handle. Any Google earth user can use them easily. The data transfer is supported by Google earth for the Magellan and Garmin GPS instruments. Many types data are also available on the desktop. You have greater chance to select any type of data that will be able to import information from the any sites.
Using Google earth with GPS and GIS devices you can also import the custom geographic data. It can be viewed over the earth images. There are two types of data transferred automatically into the Google earth when you transfer any data to the computer. Imagery data and Vector data these are two types of data that automatically transfer into the Google earth when any user transfer it to the computer. The vector data includes paths, points, lines, and polygons while the Imagery data includes topographical maps and images that are taken from satellites.
Point data denotes a particular location or point of place. The paths and lines data help to locate roads, boundaries etc. on the maps. You can also change the content and appearance of the data for your conveniences by customizing it. You can use the Style Templates option to configure the data.
Maps and images include into Imagery Data. You already know that the Google Earth catches the images from the satellites. You can view various dimensions of the using 3D mode. Images can be used for various purposes. Therefore the GIS imagery data import supports to the machine that have subscribed version of Google Earth.
