Managing search results in Google Earth program
There are a number of methods, which you can use in the program Google Earth to search whatever you want. You can type the exact address or else enter the keyboard and 3-Dimensional viewer will take you to that location within few seconds. Minor city names of few countries are currently not recognized as locations in Fly to tab box. Once you know how to search in Google Earth program, then you must know how to manage these search results.
Search results basics: Matching search results are always displayed in 3-Dimensional viewer along with an icon so that you can mark the search results. The alphabetical icons, which are next to every result, correspond to the matching items in search list view. By default, recent search is always turned on in 3-Dimensional viewer; but, you can also turn on the icon for a search result by choosing its check box in search list view. You can even turn on display for whole search results by selecting checkbox of that folder.
If you want, you are also able to delete all the results of your search. To do this, you need to right click on that folder and then select delete contents from pop up menu. You can even perform operations like deleting, editing, organizing on search results as well.
You can also search for any content that is created by Google Earth. This KML based content provides some exciting material that you can view in Google Earth. For searching user content, you will have to navigate to appropriate location and then click on search button. User content will appear at the bottom of search results. You will find that user content will always appear in a folder at the bottom of search results that is entitled Web results in 3D viewer.
How to clear search results: Clearing search results in Google Earth is very easy in Google Earth. If you find that these you do not require these search results any more, you can always delete them by clicking on clear button. You will find that this button located at the bottom of search results listings. As soon as you click the button, all search results will be removed from 3D view. However, search results that are saved to My Places folder won't be deleted.
How to print Search results in the program Google Earth: You are able to print all the results, which you have obtained from your search. There is a printable view link in search results window. When you click on this link, Google maps web window will quickly appear at the bottom of screen. You need to then click on print button on the web page to print search results.
