Once you have created your 3D model in Google Sketch-up, it is pretty easy to upload in 3D warehouse. For that you need to download a 3D warehouse link from the Google Earth website. Then open your model in Google Sketch-Up and in a file menu choose 3d warehouse. Here you will get an option to share your model. After clicking on that option a 3d warehouse login page will get open. Log in with your Google Account id and give the description of your model on ‘Upload to 3D warehouse’ page. As you finish with all the detail simply click on the upload tab at the end of the page. Your 3d model will get displayed in 3D warehouse and anyone can download it easily.

Q. How to download the models through 3D warehouse in Google sketch-up?

If you find a model in 3D warehouse that suits your model, then you can download in very easily to use it in Sketch-Up. Open your Sketch-up and go to the ‘Get model’ button. This will redirect you to 3d warehouse browser. Type the description of your model in search tab. If you find one that you are looking for then click on the ‘Edit with Google Sketch-Up’ tab. A message window will appear asking your permission to upload the model in Google sketch-Up. Click ‘Yes’ if you want to open that model directly into the Sketch-Up and choose ‘No’ if you what to save that model.
