Q. Is it possible to remove ‘Image Not Found’ message window from your imagery area?
Once you have started using Google Earth, the compass, navigation tools, and Google’ logo should appear in the imagery area. Some time these do not get appeared and an icon ‘Image not found’ displays. With that, whenever you leave your Google Earth client a message pops out saying ‘Could not save My places’. The problem lies with some non-ASCII character. If you have installed Google earth in other languages, then you have to upgrade your Google earth version to solve this problem.
Q. Why Google Earth is showing complete white earth?
This may happen if your pc’s graphic card is not supporting 3D rendering and high graphic details. If it is so then you have to upgrade with your graphic card and have to install high configured graphic card. These higher graphic cards not only supports 3D rendering viewing of Google earth also supports 3D acceleration and graphical representation. So, for good clarity and clear imagery you have to install proper graphic card for your Google Earth or else your Google Earth will appear white. You have to install latest graphic card drivers to get clear view or your chosen area in Google earth.
Q. Why in Mac version, Google Earth screen appears green or black?
It is because your Mac web browser is might blocking some cookies required for Google earth. So to fix this problem, you have to make your browser to allow these cookies. You can do this by changing privacy setting from preferences of your browser. If you are using FireFox web browser then in cookies option choose option ‘Allow sites to set cookies’. For Safari Web browser, select ‘Only from sites you navigate’ from security tab in preference menu. Once you have set this you will never encounter such problem again until you install your system or Google earth software or any new version of web browser.
