Qualifications for using Live Search Maps
Live Search Maps is an open source program but there are some qualifications and conditions which need to satisfy if you want to use it. These are as follows.
You should be at least 13 years of age or older. Minors are not authorized for using Live Search Maps.
When you use Live Search Maps, it is your responsibility, that you uphold the Live Search Maps code of conduct and are responsible for all its content and actives which are uploaded or posted by you.
In addition to upholding the Live Search Maps Code of Conduct you are responsible for following all applicable laws, whether they may be national or international.
Getting driving directions through Live Search Maps
if you are about to undergo for a journey place and you do not know the route, however know the start and end of your journey, Live Search Maps can provide you both route map as well as step by step driving directions. The start and end points can can be street addresses locations neighborhoods, points of interest on the map, important landmarks, etc.
Multiple routes is a very useful aspect of this feature. With this you can just enter the destination and the routes from all surrounding regions to that destination are provided by Live Search Maps. This is useful on many occasions.
For example, if you are hosting a meeting or party at your house and you want to invite people living in different parts of your city, you can just enter the address of your house and Live Search Maps will display routes from the different parts of your city to your house. Thus you can guide them to your house.
Procedure for getting directions by entering a start and end point
a) Open the Live Search Maps.
b) From there choose the option for getting directions.
c) Then in the start box, which is located in the left pane, enter the address from where your journey would begin.
d) Then in the End box, type the address of the end of your journey.
e) You can choose one of the options whether route of shortest distance or shortest time. Then further, you can also choose the option for getting results on the basis of traffic conditions. For doing so choose the checkbox saying routes based on traffic.
f) Then click the option to get directions.
g) For viewing driving step on the map, and for moving to the next step you can point at the step which you want to see. After doing so click previous step or next step.
Getting multiple driving directions by entering just the end point.
a) Open the Live Search Maps.
b) Then search for business, people, collection, or location.
c) When you get the results, directly right-click on one of the businesses, collections, people, or locations. After selecting one of them click 1-click directions.
d) You will be taken to the 1-click directions to destinations webpage.
