Viewing and managing your listing and searching Local Listing Center

If you have gone you have submitted your application and everything in it is correctly filled, and you have confirmed your listing, Live Search Maps will add you listing at the Local Listing Center. Note that a maximum period of 48 hours can be required for your listing to appear on the Local Listing Center. Therefore, you should have patience until that.

You can check whether your listing has been added or not. You can do so by the following procedure.

a) Open the website of Live Search Maps.

b) Then click on the option Businesses.

c) Then to search your listing at the Local Listing Center, you can enter the name of your business. You should add your city and postal code as well.

d) Then lastly, click the search button or you can also press enter. If your listing has been added on the Local Listing Center, it should appear on doing this.

Removing your listing form MSN white pages

If you do not want your personal information to appear on the Live Search Maps search results, you can choose to remove your listing from it. For doing so, you can do the following.

a) Open the website of Live Search Maps.

b) Then in the search box enter your name and postal code or your city name.

c) Then press on the People button under the search box.

d) After this, press search button, or you can press enter.

e) You will get a results list. Click on the numbered pushpin, which is situated besides your name. Alternatively, you can also click on the pushpin displayed and the map.

f) On clicking on the pushpin, you will get some option. From them choose the option to remove your listing.

g) Then on the page of confirming whether you want to opt out, you should enter the characters that you see in the picture on your screen. Type them correctly in the characters, as they are to check whether a person is doing this or not.

h) On entering, the right characters you are listing will be removed.

Note:

It may require up to 48 hours for the changes to come into effect.

Searching for business people and collections at the Local Listing Center

In addition to just adding your own listing, or collections, you can also search for collections and listings of other people. The procedure for doing this is discussed below.

a) Open the Live Search Maps website.

b) Then you can choose which type of search you want to perform. For doing so, choose one of the options i.e. the locations, collections, people, and businesses from under the search box.

c) After choosing the option that you want you can enter one of the following things In the search box.

1. Business category or name

2. The person’s name

3. Category or name of the collection

4. Address of the location. You can also enter particle address, landmark, or neighborhood if you do not know the exact address.

d) While searching for a location, to make the address more clear separate the lines, etc with commas. Moreover, try to include as much address as possible. Also, include the name of the country.

e) Then lastly click the search option to search the Live Search Maps.
