IGE marks plug-in:

Before using this application first note that the script which is present in the Layer Edit file works properly for the World Wind version 1.3.2 and higher. So it will not work properly for the versions of the World Wind which is lesser then the version 1.3.2.
To download this Plug-in you have to download the layer edit. Zip file from where it is available and then do not forget to unzip the file which you have downloaded then unzip it in your World Wind directory. The directory in which the Plug-in should be unzipped is mentioned.

The name of this plug-in suggests the nature of the Plug-in. This plug-in consists of the historical layers which are as old as the two years the layers which are a part of this Plug-in are generally 250m per pixel mosaic images. The specialty of this Plug-in is that it can be chosen and viewed directly the layers which are present in World Wind directly.
Usage:
To use this plug-in you have to remember certain steps firstly load the plug-in layer form the plug-ins menu. The layer form which you can load the plug-in is the “MODIS Historical layers”. You can also generate the list of dates you want to by selecting a date in calendar menu and then clicking the “Add date” button. When you have finished selecting all the dates you want then you can select between the daily aqua or terra layers which you prefer the most and then click add to the layer manager. Press a button to add them to the layer manager.
If you wish to add more layers then clear the date list also choose more dates and then click add to the layer manager.
