World wind helps any user to vie the outer space from any point of earth. You can also get the 3 Dimensional views of the planets. You can install the World wind easily by downloading the installer and following the online instructions.

Blue marble is the first to contain a list of earth’s photographs as such it appears in real. The photographs were look like the child’s play item marble and hence the name.

You can get the real time data as you view and the data is updated twice a week. After installing the World wind you can access the add ons from layer manager and install he add ons according to your wish.
World wind tutorial will be of great use to the students and new users. You can load world wind by double clicking the icon in your desktop. Then you will have a list of buttons. You can click on the necessary buttons.
You can move around the world by double clicking the globe in world wind. You can avoid the borders and place names in your search. Otherwise, your screen will appear bulky. You can zoom in the globe by using your mouse keys. Then you click on the button “location identifier” which helps to locate a desired place in the globe. Then you will be provided with the information where you are in the world now. Then you can see the earth more colorful. You can also tilt the globe to get 3 Dimensional view of the location. This will give you a feeling that exactly you are in the location.
There are separate files created by World wind community called add on. Some add ons are included in world wind while others can be installed separately. As there are lot of add ons in World wind you will require a layer manager to organize all add ons. You can organize them as check boxes within layer manager. You can click on the desired check box to view the particular add on. You can get the Layer manager by clicking “layer manager” button or by simply pressing “l” key.
