Earth Browser customization
Customization of earth browser is easy. User needs to follow some instructions to customize earth browser. After, customizing earth browser, user can easily locate any city on the map. It also offers customization of cities and web cam list.
The location window of earth browser contains city names according to their countries. There are two ways to find any location on the map such as searchable lists and hierarchical regions. After customization, user may select any city name and get weather information. They can select and edit any city name from location window. Double clicking city name on location window will give time zone information on earth browser. The location window of earth browser contains lists of major cities on the earth.
User can customize any city by selecting “zooms level” option of earth browser. Default zoom level of earth browser is 100 percent. Zero zoom level is never shown on earth browser. User can select zoom level according to their requirements. The edit location of earth browser offers several features such as user can select any location on the earth and select country and state name on the window. This window also gives useful information such as time zones, latitude and longitude information. This window has several additional features such as deleting, editing, and updating any location from the map. The “edit location dialog box” of earth browser also allows users to give negative quantities of west latitude and longitudes.
The “Webcam zoom level” of earth browser is just like location list window of earth browser. User need to specify locations on the webcam window such as city, street and any other popular location. User can add new locations on webcam after clicking “new” button on the webcam window. To modify “web cam list” user needs to select “edit” button on the window. Similarly, to delete any location on “web cam list” user need to click “delete” button on the window, this will remove that location permanently from the “web cam list window”.
The “Edit window” of earth browser allows user to select any country, state and any nearest location on the planet. This functionality is available on the “title setting” option of earth browser. This option is available on the “title bar” of earth browser. “The refreshers” setting of earth browser enable webcams to update at any time. User can see full image on webcams after selecting “image URL” option of earth browser. Sometimes webcams may not able to connect with URL because their image link change over time, so it is essential that image URL remains constant for proper display of images on the webcam.
The “favorite view window” of earth browser allow you to select any location on the earth. User can find their favorite images after selecting particular location on the “favorite view window”. User can save any view after selecting “save current” option of earth browser. User may delete any view after selecting “trashcan” button of “favorite view window”.
