Climate Change Scenarios: The Servir project, under USAID has developed for comprehensive regional climate change scenarios of countries for future years. This includes estimating climate for 2010, 2015, 2025, 2050, and 2099. This estimation are given in scenarios these scenarios are useful to predict future temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure. This future estimation is given in models.
With these models we can examine the effects of changes in land use and greenhouse gas emissions and their density in atmosphere. And then developed quantitative estimates on how these changes will affect future climates and humans. These estimates can be used to develop regional and national climate change simulations models and prototypes, with these prototypes we can identify adaptive management strategies for responding to these changes.
Cloud Climatology: The satellite derived cloud climatology product quantifies from serviz offers how often clouds are observed over a particular location at a specified time of observation. Frequency of occurrence of clouds (FOC) which is defined as the percentage of observations for which clouds are observed to be present over a particular location, is computed for monthly and decadal (which is 10-day) periods.
